To do the right assessment of personnel we have developed a quality assurance system based on our long experience with personnel management and working with professional assessment tools developed for the maritime environment.
We always leave extensive guarantees so that you will feel confident and reassured that our services meet your expectations at any time! Long-term placement is guaranteed for 60 days. We will endeavour to replace a crew member once, for any reason, at no extra charge during the first 60 days following the date of hire.
