Crew Management
The crew is the most important factor in yachtmanagement and the quality of people working onboard a yacht is the key to success. As crew manager we undertake the full scope of management operations required by our clients, ensuring that every yacht we are responsible for is manned with qualified, devoted and well trained crew.
Our dedicated crew managers will visit each yacht at least 4 times a year to follow up procedures and ensure that the crew is working in harmony.One important objective is to minimize crew rotation. Our clients will receive a status report within 5 days after each visit.
Due to our extensive CV database of personnel and network in yachting,cruising and commercial shipping we do not use crew agencies. This fact will of course decrease running costs and also give us control of employment and assessment of every crew member.
